- Notes
- The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

ORIGINAL CAPTION:
Munich -- Twenty eminent West European Parliamentarians -- all members of the West European Union's Committee on Defense Questions and Armaments -- visited Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty here on October 15, 1984, for briefings by the Radio's Soviet experts. Here the Chairman of the WEU Committee, Mr. Lucien Pignion of France, listens as a simultaneous interpreter provides a running translation in French.
