Raw footage about 'Boys' Town', a community of 80 boys from Liberia and Sierra Leone. Most of the boys are orphaned or used to live in the streets of Monrovia, where they were exposed to drugs, violence and abuse. The program aims to reintegrate them into society by teaching them vocational skills. An ARC volunteer conducts interviews with some of the residents of 'Boys' Town'.
