This tape has two parts. The first part is a short report by Tom Brokaw about how a family in Sarajevo is trying to get water that trickles from pipe. On the second part of the tape there is a discussion about why electrocity and water have been cut off from Sarajevo. Later, Radovan Karadzic Bosnian-Serbian leader talks of efforts to get water supply again in Sarajevo.
