- The tape covers marine activities of the Multinational Force in Lebanon (MNF), a force created in 1982 and sent to Lebanon to oversee the withdrawal of the Palestine Liberation Organization. It contains various shots with marines: men around a table under a camouflage net, eating, writing letters, reading, and listening to the radio; two marines running in sandbagged position under camouflage net, and sighting 60mm mortar; marines buying souvenirs from stocks in the trunk of a car; marines in sandbagged positions looking through binoculars; marines looking through scopes mounted on M600 sniping rifles; and marines in bunker overlooking the beach, eating and relaxing.
