- Contents Summary
- “BBC Correspondent” program about the crimes committed by the Israeli army in Lebanon and in particular the actions undertaken at Khiam prison in Southern Lebanon. Khiam prison was a detention and interrogation center during the years of the Israeli occupation in Southern Lebanon. From 1985 until the Israeli withdrawal in 2000, thousands of Lebanese were held in prison without trial. Most of them were tortured and some of them died. Through interviews with survivors of the Khiam Detention Center, as well as human rights, medical and legal experts, the film asks where the blame for these crimes really lies—in the hands of the South Lebanese Army (SLA) or the Israeli forces?
