- Sadikh Niass of RADDHO tours the Liberian refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal with some of the refugees. The conditions in the camp are squalid and filthy. Video shows shacks which house refugees, surrounded by garbage, pools of standing water, mud, refugees including children.
Niass offers to the refugees he encounters a forum in which they can voice their concerns about the circumstances that they face. They criticize the way in which the UNHCR has handled, and continues to handle, the situation (in that they are providing no assistance and are virtually ignoring the refugees' plight).
