Since November 1992 families and friends from the countries on the territory of ex-Yugoslavia as well as all over Europe started sending food parcels to their dearest and nearest in Sarajevo. Lack of food and the absence of normal routes of communication both in and out of the city meant that these shipments, though rare and small in size, provided a chance for survival as well as a voice of remembrance for the recipient. Can all of this be seen on the human face?
