A Yezidi hymn (qewl) sung by Sheikh Kerim Khidir (of Khanke, Kherava), the last local expert of Yezidi religious texts in the collective Yezidi town of Khanke. This ritual took place at the courtyard of the local relatives of the deceased Sinjari refugee, where the ceremonial meal for those attending the tazî was being prepared, on the third (final and most important) day or roja xêr. Khanke, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
