Принятием Декларации о дальнейшей судьбе Приднестровья завершилась встреча министор ИД Украины, Молдовы, России и Румынии. Григорэ Сингурел (Кишинёв). 3. В штаб квартире ООН приступил к исполнению своих обязанностей Джамыкадыр Атобеков, представитель Кыргызстана в ООН, с ним встретилась корреспондент Надя Попова (Нью-Йорк).
