Summary:
The Communist Party recognized that is able to rule the country against the will of the people, without ideological indoctrination and by relying simply on its power. This power originates in the presence of the Soviet Army and its readiness to intervene should an emergency situation demand it today. Hungary can be legally characterized as a colony under military occupation.
