From the mid-1990s the program was broadcasted every 3 hours with a duration of 20 minutes except for the 8 p.m. edition, which lasted 30 minutes. From the end of the 1990s the programwas aired every 3 hours and lasted 30 minutes.

This program was broadcast by Ostankino television (Moscow) in the Russian Federation and recorded by the moniotring group at the Research Institute of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Munich as part of their effort to track and analyze the official media of the countires of the former Soviet Union.
