Тема его исследования - высылка в 43 - 44 годах крымских татар и нескольких народов Северного Кавказа по огульному обвинению в сотрудничестве с немцами на оккупированной территории. Общее руководство департации народов осуществлял член политбюро ЦК ВКПБ, нарком внутренних дел СССР Лаврентий Берия. Выселение проходило с быстротой и жестокостью военной операции. Продолжение главы "Спецпоселение" читает Сергей Попов. Рубрика "Человек имеет право" Виктора Федосеева.
