Summary:
Statements were made by Chile, Hungary, Ukraine SSR; the Dominican Republic, Portugal. The Dominican Republic requested that the Hungarian representative's seat at the United Nations be denied. Portugal hailed the unanimous agreement between five countries in indicting Soviet actions in Hungary. Hungary strongly protested against the Special Committee report
