Юрию Орлову почётной награды Международной лиги прав человека. Юрий Фёдорович Орлов в мае 1978 года приговорён к семи годам строгого режима с последующей 5-летней ссылкой по обвинению в антисоветской агитации. Два заявления лаурета Нобелевской премии мира академика А Сахарова: О его задержании в Москве 22 января 1980 года и высылке в Горький. 27 января 1980 года; Заявление от 3 февраля 1980 года о его беседах с КГБ и заместителем прокурора Горьковской области. В конце звучат 30 из 400 фамилий, поставленных под письмом в защиту арестованной 1 ноября правозащитницы Татьяны Великановой.
