Summary:
The Thirteenth Session of the General Assembly has included the problem of Hungary on its agenda. The letter acknowledges that a commemorative postage stamp has been issued by the United States Post Office of the great Hungarian Champion of liberty, Louis Kossuth and connects this with the current plight of the Hungarian people for freedom and independence from Soviet occupation.
