Powstanie i obieg: Po wprowadzeniu stanu wojennego pismo wznowiono w podziemiu w marcu 1982 r. Nie nawiązuje ono numeracją do edycji z lat 1980-1981. Ponownie pismo wznowiono w maju 1991 r., pierwszy numer oznaczono jako nr 153(1991), sumując ilość wydanych numerów sprzed stanu wojennego i w podziemiu. Pismo ukazywało się do grudnia 1995. Od 25 stycznia 1996 r. "Solidarność Podbeskidzia" wydawana jest jako wkładka miesięczna do "Kroniki Beskidzkiej". Pierwszy numer wkładki oznaczono nr 1=215(1996)
