Summary:
Recommendation of the general Committee to include the Question on Hungary directly on the Plenary Meeting Agenda. Soviet Bloc representatives oppose this proposal, calling it the renaissance of a Cold War atmosphere. The recommendation was adopted by 57 votes in favor, with 10 against and 15 abstentions.
