Период Съезда композиторов СССР, в ходе которого было объявлено Постановление ЦК КПСС, осуждающее антинародные тенденции в творчестве ведущих советских композиторов. Постановка режиссёра Дэвида Трейнера, при участии актёров Джорджа Дзанза, Вернера Клемперера, Дика Латессы, Майкла Заслоу.
