Сокращённое содержание. 21 декабря писатель прибыл в Мюнхен по приглашению Баварской Академии Искусств. 22 декабря была записана беседа В.Войновича с его друго писателем Виктором Некрасовым. Вторая часть беседы. О противостоянии писателя и власти в 70-ых, комментарий В.Матусевича. Фрагмент письма В.Войновича в секретариат Московского отделения Союза писателей от 19 февраля 1974 года.
