- Summary:
- On the outside, the first panel contains captions: "free political prisoners" and "only an occupier holds [someone] captive for words of truth, outcry for justice, love of the homeland". The other panel contains the text of the indictment for subversion of state order against J. Kuroń, A. Michinik, H. Wujec and Z. Romaszewski, with caption "either this regime is so weak, or this four so strong!". The inside contains a letter from Krystyna to Mr Stanisław, asking for winter clothes for Krystyna's two sons and informing about the intention of participating in a pilgrimage to Częstochowa in a group of ex-prisoners of internment camps.

Bi-fold flier with b&w print on the outside and a handwritten letter in blue ink on the inside. Handwriting blurred due to the printing process. Water stains on edges.

- Na stronie zewnętrznej, pierwszy panel zawiera napisy: "uwolnić więźniów politycznych" oraz "tylko okupant więzi za słowa prawdy, wołanie o sprawiedliwość, umiłowanie ojczyzny". Drugi panel zawiera tekst oskarżenia o próbę obalenia ustroju przeciwko J. Kuroniowi, A. Michinikowi, H. Wujcowi i Z. Romaszewskiemu, z napisem "albo tene ustrój jest taki słaby, albo ta 'czwórka' taka mocna". Strona wewnętrzna zawiera list of Krystyny do pana Stanisława, z prośbą o pomoc w zgromadzeniu odzieży na zimę dla synów Krystyny, oraz z informacją, że zamierza ona wziąć udział w pielgrzymce do Częstochowy w grupie byłych internowanych.
