Letter from World University Services to inform UN that it is sending representatives to attend a meeting of National Unions of Students in Vienna and to establish contact with Office of UN High Commissioner for Refugees, other agencies, and students and university teachers among the Hungarian refugees. Letter also emphasizes need for coordinated action among UN High Commissioner for Refugees and other governmental and intergovernmental agencies and offers to appoint field personnel.
