Doklad sdelal sam avtor - doktor istoricheskikh nauk professor Mikhail Sergeevich Vaslenskii. M.Vaslenskii rukovodit sozdannym im nauchno-isledovatel'skim institutom po izucheniiu sovetskoi deistvitel'nosti, schitatetsia odnim iz samykh osvedomlennykh spetsialistov sovetologov. V 1980 godu kniga "Nomenklatura" vyshla na nemetskom iazyke Russkoe izdanie knigi rasshirennoe i dopolnennoe vypushchenno londoneskim izdatel'stvom "Oversiz Pablikeishns". Doklad peredaetsia v sokrashchenii.

- С другого берега. Доклад, прочитанный в Мюнхене, в связи с выходом русского издания книги Михаила Васленского "Номенклатуры. Господствующий класс Советского Союза." Доклад сделал сам автор - доктор исторических наук профессор Михаил Сергеевич Васленский. М.Васленский руководит созданным им научно-иследовательским институтом по изучению советской действительности, считатется одним из самых осведомлённых специалистов советологов. В 1980 году книга "Номенклатура" вышла на немецком языке Русское издание книги расширенное и дополненное выпущенно лондонеским издательством "Оверсиз Пабликейшнс". Доклад передаётся в сокращении.
