Рассказывает кандидат философских наук Борис Шрагин. Общая картина процессов, протекающих в народонаселении Советского Союза за последние 10-15 лет. Падение процента рождаемости и рост процента смертности. Заметное сокращение темпов роста населения в особенности среди славянского и прибалтийского. Борис Шрагин побеседовал с автором работы, перевод ответов профессора читает диктор Лев Винокуров.
