Обращение к врачам-психиатрам разных стран инициативной группы по защите прав человека в СССР. Заявление в президиум ЦК общества Красного креста РСФСР с предложением создать благотворительную комиссию для оказания материальной помощи семьям политзаключённых, написанное Андреем Твердохлебовым. Ответ на заявление председателя Мосгоркома Молчановой.
