Заявление Евгения Николаева, одного из основателей в 1978 году Независимого профсоюза в защиту рабочих - ему было отказано во временном выезде за границу. Помимо этого заяления в материале звучат и другие работы Е.Николаева разных лет. 2. Открытое письмо писателя Льва Копелева в защиту Игоря Огурцова, находящегося в заключении 13 лет, за участие в кружке Всеросийский христианский союз за освобождение народа. 3. Отмечаются даты рождения нескольких узников совести, отбывающих наказание в заключении или находящихся в ссылке.
