Разбор третьей части, посвященной судебной власти в России. Уголовные, гражданские и административные суды. Защита прав и свобод граждан от произвола органов власти и должностных лиц. Каким образом в проекте прописана независимость судей, в том числе и от вышестоящих инстанций. Порядок назначения судей, в этом плане проект - серьёзный шаг по сравнению с предыдущей Конституцией.
