Газеты "Красная звезда" и "Рабочая трибуна" опубликовали материалы, посвященные судьбе полковника Александра Иващенко и других офицеров, принявших присягу на верность Украине и оказавшихся ненужными ни Украине, ни России. Военный обозреватель Валерий Коновалов встретился с полковником в Москве во время работы координационного совета офицерских собраний 3. Не смотря на санкции, наложенные ООН на Сербию и Черногорию, в Боснии и Герцоговине продолжаются бои. Жертвы исчесляются тысячами. Джованни Бенси.
