Summary:
Letter from the Special Representative on the Question of Hungary addressed to the Secretary General. The framework of repression remain unchanged. The withdrawal of foreign armed forces from Hungary has not been achieved. The framework of repression remains unchanged. The Hungarian authorities persist in their refusal to assent to any visit to Hungary on the part of the Special Representative of the UN and thus continue their refusal to collaborate in any manner whatsoever with the United Nations.
