В Москве состоялась встреча глав государств содружества, Казахстан готов наиболее тесно сотрудничать с Россией и в двухсторонних связях, и в рамках СНГ. Казахстан, Россия и Белоруссия возможно и составят ядро экономического, таможенного и внешнеторгового и возможно оборонного союзов. Почему Казахстан так тяготеет к сотрудничеству с Россией, в отличие от Украины, которая старается избежать привязки к российской экономике.
