Ведущая Аля Федосеева. 1.28 октября 1978 года в Москве иностранным журналистам было передано заявление восьми человек об образовании Свободного Межпрофессионального Объединения трудящихся - СМОТ. О законности создания организации на основе статей конституции СССР и международного права разъясняет А.Федосеева. Текст заявления читает диктор. Преследование властями СМОТ. 2. В самиздате получили хождение выдержки из писем советского политзаключённого Валерия Фёдорова, отбывающего в 36 пермском лагере 15-летний срок. Письма Фёдорова оращенны к матери Пелагеи Степановне. Эти короткие свидетельства рисуют быт политзаключённого 3. У отбывающего пятилетний срок заключённого радиоинженера Владимира Слепака 29 октября день рождения, о нем рассказывает близко с ним знакомый Кранид Любарский.
