Summary:
This document contains important factual information surrounding the executions of Imre Nagy and Pál Maléter, very often referring to them as "brutal murders". The report calls for action on the part of the UN in view of the continuous "reign of terror". The Hungarian question is referred to as an example of the subjugation of a small country by a powerful neighbor, and the Hungarian government as a puppet government which rules Hungary on behalf of Moscow.
