Contents/Summary

Summary
In Chile under Pinochet’s government, thousands of women were tortured. Sexual violence was one of the most frequent punishments used. The film centers around the Principal of a small school in Santiago who in November 1974 was kidnapped and taken to a detention centre by State agents. She was accused of belonging to the Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR). Her account explores the difficulties in narrating these types of traumatic experiences.
