- Summary
- Everything goes wrong one Monday in Warsaw. A policeman has to patrol the streets with his child, because the kindergarten is closed. An manager who is supposed to welcome an important guest from Italy at the airport gets stuck in an elevator. The Italian arrives and is hosted by people waiting for somebody else. A tired worker gets stuck on a platform high above the city. A few men try to rob a bank, but with no success – and so on. The film ties such short stories into an amusing satire of life in Warsaw in the early 1970s.
