- The small farmers of Paraguay, known as Campesinos, must fight against the more and more aggressively expanding production of genetic soy in the country. The cause of this conflict is global – it is rooted in the use of modern genetic engineering, a practice which is now global. A parable about the suppression of life, about people, about the diversity of plants and cultures, and about how resistance arises both in people and in nature.
