Voice of the Voiceless is an organization located in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The footage consists of interviews with various survivors of Zairian military attacks in a hospital in Kinshasa. They describe what had happened to them, as their wounds are shown. Included are a 13-year old girl, a 3-month old baby, and a number of others who describe the attacks and their injuries. These victims are receiving financial aid from "Voice of the Voiceless" for their medical bills.
