- The film depicts the role that Tatars, the Muslim indigenous group who make up 12% of the region’s population, play in Moscow, Russia. The film's aim is to introduce the idea of Russia being a unified “organism” with more than a hundred nationalities, one of which being the Tatars, who have always protected and continue to protect the integrity of Russia.
