Contents/Summary

Summary
Peter’s dream is the story of an extraordinary educational project which took place in Nairobi in 2005, the African Spelling Book: 56 boys and girls from the shantytowns wrote and filmed 21 short films for the National Geographic Channel. One of them was Peter Kamau, a thirteen-year-old street kid. "Dream", the title of the story he wrote, expresses his greatest wish: to go back to school after two years spent in the street. A wish that is not easy to make come true in Nairobi.
