- The first blitzkrieg, Hitler's invasion of Poland, is vividly portrayed by original Nazi films. Panzers and infantry-men advance as the Luftwaffe bombs enemy targets, including Warsaw. German troops meet their advancing Soviet allies near Lemberg. Hitler is shown with his generals, among regular soldiers and reviewing a victory parade of the German Eighth Army in Warsaw.
