Contents/Summary

Summary
The film brings us into the world of an abortion clinic that specializes in late term teenage abortions. Here, abortions are sometimes performed even after six months of pregnancy. Russian writer Anna Sirota shares her personal story with the audience, comparing the sad experience of her own with Russia's new generation of teenagers who have grown up after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The film shows the ambivalent truth about abortion instead of siding with either pro-life or pro-choice. It is a story about moral and economic choices in today’s Russian society.
