The subfonds consists of the materials that cover activities of different programs launcehd and administered by the Belarusian Soros Foundation (BSF) during 1994-1997.

Such programs like Ecological, Economics and Education are presented by separate series while documents related to other programs (due to its limited amount) were included into one series.
