Letter from Latvia, giving some biographical data, saying that the author will be charged with anti-Soviet slander (art. 183 of RSFSR Criminal Code) for his letter to M.A. Suslov and for the distribution of Litvinov-Bogoraz appeal. Letter was drafted a few hours prior to the author's arrest.

Письмо из Латвии с биографическими сведениями и сообщением, что автор будет обвинен в клевете на советский строй (ст. 184 УК РСФСР) за письмо к М. А. Суслову и за распространение обращение Литвинова-Богораз. Письмо написано за несколько часов до ареста автора.
