Analog Master tape. At the session of 2 May 1989 the representatives of the Opposition Round Table heard the Committee for Historical Justice on the schedule of the reburial. The Committee for Historical Justice and trade unions independent from the communist regime decided to organize the funeral togehter on 16 June 1989, the anniversary of the execution of Imre Nagy and the other martyrs. The ceremonial service of regime change and funeral took place first on Heroes' Square in the presence of 250 thousand people, and ended in Parcel 301 of the Rákoskeresztúr cemetery. Az Ellenzéki Kerekasztal képviselői 1989. május 2-i ülésükön meghallgatták a Történelmi Igazságtétel Bizottság beszámolóját a tervezett újratemetés menetrendjéről. A Történelmi Igazságtétel Bizottság és a kommunista hatalomtól független szervezetek elhatározták, hogy közösen szervezik meg az újratemetést 1989. június 16-án, Nagy Imre és mártírtársai kivégzésének napján. A méltóságteljes rendszerváltó gyászszertartás és temetés a budapesti Hősök terén zajlott 250 ezer ember részvételével, majd a Rákoskeresztúri Új Köztemető 301-es parcellájában ért véget.
