The first lecture in the Rector’s Distinguished Lecturers Series of 1998/1999 is provided by Michał Kulesza, Polish Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Government Plenipotentiary for the Systemic Reform of the State. He speaks about “Objectives and Results of Public Administration Reform in Poland in the Context of Polish Accession to the European Union” as an expert, him being one of the main authors of the reforms of public administration introduced in Poland in the 90s. His lecture was presented by the International Relations and European Studies Program.
