The letter is addressed to the guests and delegates of the 24th CPSU Congress and to the Communist Parties of Italy, France and Great Britain asking to help to release Soviet Jews sentenced in Leningrad. The rest of signatories' names are indicated in the original document. The folder also includes the photocopy of the letter published in "Russkaya Mysl" on 24 June 1971
