The detention took place in the Office of the USSR Prosecutor General on 26 March 1971. The report includes two supplements: extract from the resolution of the plenary session of the USSR Supreme Soviet and the letter of the deputy of the Frunze district Prosecutor in Moscow. Settlement of creation is uncertain.

Задержание произошло в Приемной Генерального Прокурора СССР 26 марта 1971. Отчет с двумя приложениями: выписка из постановления Пленума Верховного Суда СССР и письмо заместителя прокурора Фрунзенского района города Москвы. Место создания документа точно не известно.
