Ottilia Solt, sociologist, one of the founding editors of the Hungarian samizdat periodical Beszélő. She is also a founding member and activist of the Foundation for Supporting the Poor (SZETA). A prominent figure of the democratic opposition of the Kádár regime, a Member of Parliament after the first free elections in 1990 representing the Alliance of Free Democrats (SZDSZ). In this documentary film, friends and allies in the fight for freedom and democracy in Hungary remember her. Excerpts from the surveillance documents created by the secret police during the Kádár regime are read by writer Mihály Kornis, Zoltán Kocsis plays the piano.
