Materials in this fonds include newspaper clippings and media monitoring material, news agency releases, reports, memos, trial transcripts, correspondence, manuscripts, artefacts and audivisual recordings.

These are backgorund materials relating to the fall of Srebrenica 'safe area' in July 1995, collected by the journalist David Rohde. Covering the war in Bosnia for the Christian Science Monitor, he was the first Western journalist to report about the mass graves where thousands of massacred Muslims were buried after the Bosnian Serb troops captured Srebrenica. In 1996 Rohde was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for this series of articles.
