- Scope and Content (Abstract)
- The collection consists of textual, audio-visual and electronic records related to the activities of the Open Society Institute Russia, 1995 - 2003. Materials include founding documentation, annual reports, media coverage (press clippings) as well as the documents covering the different programs and activities of the Foundation. The collection also includes video materials produced by the Open Society Institute - Russia (Soros Foundation - Russia) from 1998 to 2003. Most of the video recordings are raw unedited footage and a few ready programs.
Access to this fonds is regulated by the donation agreement with the Open Society Foundations, according to which records are restricted up to 25 years from the date of their creation. OSA maintains the right to review access rules to both restricted and unrestricted records on a case by case basis.
