Analog Master tape. János Balogh, Captain of the oppressive Hungarian Police participated in many actions against the peaceful pro-democracy protests organized by the opposition in 1988. One of the anti-communist protests took place on 23 October 1988, on the 32nd anniversary of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. One year later, on 23 October 1989 Balogh is in charge of the Budapest City Police to secure the now officially approved peaceful celebrations to commemorate the 1956 Revolution.

Balogh János rendőr százados 1988-ban még az ellenzékiek által szervezett tüntetéseken, köztük az október 23-diki rendszerellenes megmozduláson is a kommunista rendőrség alkalmazottjaként oszlatta a tömeget. Egy évre rá, 1989. október 23-án az ellenzék által szervezett hivatalos megemlékezéseken már a főváros rendőri biztosaként látjuk viszont.
