Features interviews with journalists and officials who talk about the allegations that former members of the Rwandan Armed Forces (RAF) tortured or mistreated journalists and reporters. The tape includes, among others, an interview with Ferdinand Nahimana, historian and co-founder of the radio station Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLM), which during the genocide broadcast information and propaganda that helped coordinate the killings and fuel the hatred against the Tutsi.
